Attorney Roger Lampkin discovered that many of his clients who were involved in court proceedings were also in need of real estate services, but most real estate brokers were not in a position to offer services quickly enough to help them.
Family law and probate litigants often need to sell a house quickly so they can divide the assets and put an end to a sad time in their life. Criminal defendants often need to sell a house quickly before going into custody, or they need to make arrangements for the care of their property while away. Criminal defendants often also need the proper documents to post a real estate bond to secure their release from jail, but they are unable to do so while in jail, and they are unable to find a traditional real estate broker to assist with the problem.
To assist litigants with problems such as these, Roger Lampkin used his many years of experience in property management, real estate trading, and law to become a real estate broker and found Lampkin Properties.
